Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum order.

What is your rental policy?

Rental period will take place on day of event and returned within 24 hours. Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with us to arrange a sooner return time. 

All rented items are the responsibility of the client from the time of possession until returned.

Equipment Rental Agreement Form and Checkout Inventory Form, must be filled out prior to your event.

There is an EXTRA charge for any damaged items.

 

What are the packages for the carriage rental?

Package 1: Half Day $200.00 for 6 hours. Package 2: Full Day $400.00 for 12 hours. Package 3: Mini Sessions $25 for 1 hour, with an extra fee. $50 for delivery and pick up in Sarnia-Lambton and $80 for delivery and pick up in Strathroy-Middlesex.

 

How do I place an order?

Is there a daily rate?

Our rental rate, is per event.

 

What is your change policy?

If any changes need to be made to your order, they should be done by the week prior to event.

 

Do you have an emergency number?

If you need to get a hold of us we will provide you with our cellphones.

 

What are your payment policies?

Payment:    All orders must be paid in full UPON PICKING UP.

                     We accept e-Transfers and cash.

Deposit:     50% DEPOSIT is required upon booking.

                     Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.
